Due to resource constraints, the Land Bank may not be able to pursue every property that meets these criteria. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to acquire any specific property.

The Land Bank is eager to learn more about your property to evaluate whether we can accept it as a donation. Please email landbank@tnpwarren.org We will review each donation request and make a decision.
However, we are unable to accept every property offered for donation. Due to limited resources, some properties may not be a priority for the Land Bank, even if they are vacant, tax-delinquent, abandoned, or unwanted.
We’re sorry you’re facing this issue! The Land Bank manages and maintains the properties we own, and we strive to be responsible neighbors while they are under our care.
If the property in question isn’t owned by us, it falls to the local government to address it if the current owner does not. We recommend calling your local health district to report the property.
